Apex chooses builder for £13.6m scheme

A joint venture of T&A Kernoghan and Collen Construction has beaten four other bidders in a project to win a £13.6m housing project in Londonderry.

The team has been named as the winning tender to build 180 social homes for Apex Housing Association. The three-phase scheme also includes provision of an associated urban park as well as associated services and site works. Extensive earthworks will be needed to remodel the site.
